HI SEA STAR, I’M JESSIE!
I write about magical worlds with empowered main characters and yearning love interests, and I practice a little magic of my own. I’m building a life where the ocean keeps finding its way into almost everything I create!
These days, I’m making a home along the Rhode Island coast: writing fantasy romance, exploring New England’s shorelines, practicing sea witchcraft, hunting buried treasure, talking to my cats, and following whatever strange little side quest catches my attention next.
I’ve never been particularly interested in fitting into one box. I care about storytelling, creativity, environmentalism, folklore, beauty, freedom, and building a life that feels as magical as the worlds I write about.
